In July of 2007 Actronic moved from its Penrose office to a brand new high technology facility on Patiki Road in Avondale. The difference is that the new space affords latitude for smoother operation in all areas of the organisation.

 

Cross functional teams are surrounded by both formal and informal meeting spaces in which to share ideas. New communication tools such as a voice over internet telephone system delivers clear and economical communications with the ever expanding Actronic world. And ‘Loop TV’, an internal Actronic cable network provides continual updates of Actronic Technologies' ongoing business and activities on monitors located throughout the building and within global offices as well.

 

From a development, production and technical support perspective the new facility enhances our ability to raise our game to a new level. Spacious and modern facilities promote interaction within the development team to foster innovation, and to support rapid deployment of the Actronic Product Lifecycle to bring new, innovative products to market. The comprehensive test lab allows us to make these products market ready with ruggedness and reliability designed in. The greatly expanded production and warehouse areas provide the opportunity to improve manufacturing efficiencies and capacity allowing us to deliver on the comprehensive new product portfolio from development.
