Loadrite^® Productivity Solutions

Actronic’s Loadrite^® systems enable loader operators to weigh and record each load as it is lifted into a highway truck, off-road truck, rail wagon or ship’s hold. This means quarrying, mining and waste management companies can load exactly the right amount, without overloading and before going off-site.

The Loadrite^® weighing system is a microprocessor that connects to the hydraulic lifting system on machines. As a load is lifted the Loadrite^® electronic pressure transducers measure the amount of hydraulic pressure required to raise a load and the trigger senses the speed and placement to the lift arm. This information is converted into a digital weight reading, which appears on the Loadrite® console. Proven accuracy is within 0.2% to 1% every time.

The Loadrite^® Material Management System (MMS) software allows customers to gather productivity data from their Loadrite^® weighing system and transfer it across their site in a secure, paperless manner. The customised software then uses this data to generate reports on chosen parameters such as loader, product, date, or time.
